Before

54 year old dental hygienist who was a self referral after hearing Rian Chatterton present on Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders. Referred because of jaw and neck tightness causing migraines and severe jaw pain. She had previously been seen by a chiropractor, massage therapist and physical therapist without results. After completing the tongue thrust therapy program, she reports all her neck and jaw pain is gone and has not returned.

Before

60 year old female referred by both her dentist and sleep apnea specialist due to jaw pain and popping, sleep apnea and tongue resting posture resulting in a crossbite and severely high narrow palate.

 After

After therapy, her teeth moved back into alignment and doesn’t need retreated with braces. Her chewing is now organized with correct chewing and tongue movement to organize her food and saliva. Swallowing has also been corrected.

Before

Referred by her mom who is a pediatric dentist within the Treasure Valley. Concerns were relapse or tooth movement post orthodontic treatment. Also, that her eating was messy and loud since she was very young.

 After

After therapy, her teeth moved back into alignment and doesn’t need retreated with braces. Her chewing is now organized with correct chewing and tongue movement to organize her food and saliva. Swallowing has also been corrected.
